Is online booking bus from Beijing Xinfadi - Zamyn Uud available? or I need to purchase at the ticket office only?

Hello, i’m planning to take a bus to Zamyn uud, how cold it is in bus at this time of the year and advice to get to Xinfang bus station from daxing intl airport would be much appreciated

How much time in advance can the tickets be purchased for Zamyn Udd? Only in person in Beijing? Thanks

@Khaow yes, it is a sleeper bus opening everyday. I can't answer other question regarding border crossing. Maybe someone else who has used this service before will answer you.

Is the bus from Beijing to zamyn-uud a sleeper bus? Then this bus crosses the checkpoint. Can I get Mongo 24 hours or do I have to wait for the time when the checkpoint opens?

Is there a bus from Beijing to zamyn-uud every day? And does this bus have a fee for crossing the Chinese checkpoint to Mongo?

@Guest it still operates as usual. It just doesn't accept online booking and you will have to reserve or purchase ticket directly from ticket counter of Xinfadi Bus Station.

@Guest My answer is to go there to purchase your tickets as early as you can to make sure you can get the tickets for the journey.

Also, do you know how early one should go to Xinfadi Station to buy the tickets as I know queues can be long?

Hello, do you know if this bus gets into Zamyn Uud on time to catch the train that leaves at around 5pm. I plan to take the bus on July 31st so would arrive into Zamyn Udd on August 1st, and would want to catch the sleeper train to Ulaanbaator that day?

@beijing visa Beijing to Zamyn Udd bus tickets are not sold online, you will have to purchase the ticket directly from Beijing Xinfadi Bus Station. So it's not possible for you to get an e-ticket to apply the free visa on this regard.

Is it possible to get an e-ticket for Beijing to Zamyn Udd? I need it for the beijing free visa

@Guest sorry to hear this. We are not the bus operator, and you didn't buy tickets through us at all, so we can do nothing for you but to share your comment here to let more people know of this.

We took the bus from Beijing Xinfadi to Zamyn Uud, we arrived in Erenhot 5am today. However, there was a stop of more than 8hrs there before continuing to the border. No one informed us about that or told us anything once we stopped in Erenhot. That's not how you should treat your customers. It's mentioned online that the bus ride takes 11hrs, not 18hrs
