Are the airport buses from Changhou to Shanghai Putong airport operating normally and same schedule ? Not affect by virus ? No wuarintine ?Changzhou or Shanghai roads not closed for exit or entry?

International air travelers are advised to arrive the airport 3 hours in advance to go through related procedures, Riding time from Changzhou to Shanghai Pudong International Airport is about 4 hours, so if you take the 16:00 bus, you will arrive the airport at around 20:00 which is more than 3 hours before your departure. So I think the 16:00 bus matches your schedule perfectly.

I have an international flight tomorrow at 11:30 pm tomorrow from Pudong Airport. Can you kindly advise what time i should take a bus from Changzhou? Thank you!
