As you can see here, buses for Fuzhou mainly leaves from Guangzhou Provincial Bus Station or Guangzhou Municipal Bus Station. At the bottom of the web page, you can find links to bu stations. Click on the link, you can find bus station addresses, how to get there by bus or metro and etc.
Guangzhou is quite for from Fuzhou, it would take you more than 10 hours by the bus.

I am arriving Guangzhou Baiyun airport at 10 pm on tuesday 18th December.
.I may be check out from the Airport at 11.45pm .I want to go to Fuzhou bus station. How can I reach Guangzhou bus station? and from what is the next bus to Fuzhou?will you please tell me the travelling time as well as bus fare?Thank you very much in advance
