Under this case, you can go to the bus station and point your travel route to purchase tickets accordingly.

We (2 people) would like to travel from Haikou to wuzhishan by bus via middle of hainan island. I understand there are 2 routes by bus from Haikou to Wuzhishan. One route is by the east coast and then turn west inland. The second route is by the middle of the island southwards to wuzhishan. I would prefer the middle road which is more scenic.
The schedule you provided is for which route?
