I have a family of 5 that would like to take the HKIA 15.20 Bus on 10th Jan 2020 Friday to Zhuhai. Could I reserve the tickets or do I have to get it from the ticketing counter.

total estimated arrival in Chimelong Penguin Hotel ex HKIA takes around 2 & 1/2 hrs with inclusive of a security check on the bridge & Zhuhai custom clearance.

May i know based on estimation, how long will the journey be like?
As we need to factor lunch break / toilet break for the kids.
With an estimation at least we are able to plan the journey smoothly.

1. Bus mentioned is operated by China Travel Service Hong Kong. You can find its ticket counter information on this link https://www.chinabusguide.com/station/hong-kong-airport.html or follow guide signs inside the airport to find the right location.
2. Yes, it will go to Zhuhai via the Great Bridge and arrive at Zhuhai Port on the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge.
3. Please go to Zhuhai Port on the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge to take the return bus to make sure it comes across HZM Bridge.

I would like to know three things:
1. What is the name of the bus service that does allow more than one luggage bag. I am guessing that the bus service that allows extra luggage is the 8 seater bus. What is the name of this bus service if it is not the golden bus?
2. Does the bus service mentioned above, go across the HZM Bridge? I want to take a bus that will avoid going through Hong Kong city. Will the bus that allows for extra baggage go straight from the airport to Zhuhai using the HZM bridge?
3. Can I use this same bus service to go to the airport from Zhuhai using the HZM bridge when I leave to go home? Will it take me across the HZM bridge? This is important to me.

the one running from Hong Kong Airport to Zhuhai are something like 8 seater vans while what you saw from the HZM Bridge website is the Golden Bus which has something like 50 seats, the van and the bus are operated by two different companies with different luggage policies. That's why I tell you it allows more than one luggage.
I don't have how much will they charge for extra baggage though.

Thank you for you reassurance. I do find it strange that the HZM bridge website says that the bus only allows one luggage bag. Are we talking about the same bus? I am hoping to take the HZM bridge bus to avoid going through the city of Hong Kong. Let me know if we are talking about the same bus.

Don't worry, Hong Kong Airport to Zhuhai bus accepts more than 1 baggage to each passenger. You will have no problem to take luaggage mentioned to travel with you.

I have read that the bus only allows 1 carry on luggage bag. I want to know if checked baggage is allowed in the compartments under the bus. I need to take the bus from Hong Kong airport to ZhuHai and I am going to have one backpack (which I intend to take with me on the bus) and one checked bag from the airport. I need to take this bus. Thus, I want to know how I can get checked baggage across the bridge from Hong Kong Airport to Zhuhai. Please let me know.

most likely, it has no night bus on the route mentioned. But you will have to consult the service desk of Hong Kong International Airport to have the final answer.
In fact, it doesn't matter if it has no direct bus. You can take B4 to travel from HKIA to Hong Kong Port on Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macau Bridge and then change another bus to get to Zhuhai. Both B4 and the golden bus on Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macau Bridge are available 24 hours a day.

Note please: The “Eternal East Cross Border Coach Mgt. Ltd.” officially launches airport buses from HIA to Zhuhai via HZMB on November 29, 2018. Official ticket price is HK$ 150 which amounts to approximately CNY 133 Yuan.
