@Sin Yes, the shuttle buses running on Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macau Bridge has designated space for wheelchair and you will have no problem to use it. You can easily find the boarding location once you arrive the port.

@Nas yes, HKZMB Macau Port should have hotel shuttle to your hotel. However, I can't confirm this though. Please ask your hotel to see if the has such service.

Hello there. I'm from India visiting Macau and HK later this week. 1. I will land in HK and want to go straight to Macau from HK. I will find myself out of the airport and get a taxi until HKZMB Hong Kong Port from HK airport. 2. I have already filled out a pre arrival document for self and family which is a pre-requisite for visa on arrival for Indians. Hope I don't need any additional documentation to visit Macau for 2 days. 3. My main question is - the bus from HK will drop me off at the HKZMB Macau Port. Is this known by any other name? I'm staying at the Grand Hyatt and wanted to check if there is complimentary hotel shuttle bus service from this point (HKZMB Macau Port) to my hotel or City of dreams? @Bussaya the golden shuttle bus allows each of you to take on board one piece of luggage with weight no more than 20 kg. An alternative way would be to travel from Hong Kong International Airport for Zhuhai using the seven passenger van which allows you to carry additional luggage on board even though they will require you to pay for additional luggage. Upon arrival, you can cross border from Zhuhai Port to Macau easily.

I am traveling on 12th march to Macau via Hong Kong international airport via hzmb can I travel with 3 baggage with weight of each bag is nearly 25 Kgs

@Guest Each passenger is allowed to take on board one piece of luggage (its dimensions shall not exceed 76 cm * 51 cm *32 cm (30" *20" * 13" ) and shall weigh no more than 20 kg (44 pounds)). The shuttle bus company is entitled to refuse any luggage which is over-weighted or over-sized (the limit that the total sum of length, width and height does not exceed 128 cm or 50 inches) or contains any dangerous materials (such as flammable, explosive, highly corrosive goods etc.) for carriage.

@Kate the shuttle bus on Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macau Bridge allows each traveler to carry luggage weighted 20 kg maximum. So I can't find a better option for you and would like to advise you to go to the port to see if they will allow you to travel this way or not. If not, you will have to travel in some other way such as ferry.

Hi, I have a group of 4 adults arriving into Hong Kong at 5:00am on Wednesday 19 June. We are travelling internationally from New Zealand. @Mm Philippine people has 30 days Visa-free access to Macau. So I think you will have no problem to ride the Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macau Bridge shuttle bus even if you don't have visa to show. I don't think you will have problem to travel with seniors and kids through the shuttle bus.

@Mm May I know which country do you come from please? in fact, Macau has granted visa-free access to many countries for periods of 30 to 90 days.

@Ivana To go to Macau from Hong Kong, the shuttle buses running on Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macau bridge don't stop in Zhuhai at all, so you don't have to go through China customs. Therefore, I don't think you need China visa to visit Macau. Instead, what you need instead is Macau Visa if you are planning to stay there more than 30 days. For your reference, Indonesian passport holders enjoy visa free access to Macau for 30 days. Let me know with further question.

@Katie You will have to purchase tickets yourself as tickets required are not sold online. As far as we knew, Hong Kong citizens don't need to apply Visa to visit Macau at all.
