The buses still exists. One departs at 9 am, one at 11 am. No other buses from Xinjie to Kunming.
But it seems that you can't book the tickets in advance. You need to buy them by the bus driver.

Hello! I hope you can help🙂 I would like to know if these buses still exist as some routes have been canceled. Would you recommend taking the direct bus (if there is one) or going to Gejiu or Mengzi and taking a train to Kunming?
