@Clement Zhangjiajie Coach Bus Station is just 5 km to Zhangjiajie Airport. To take a taxi, it takes about 15 minutes for one way journey, so I think you will have no probem to catch the 12:30 pm bus for Fenghuang at all.

My plane arrives at 10:30am at DYG Dayong Airport. Do you think I can make it to the bus at 12:30am (Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang) if I take a taxi?

@Pablo Unlike train stations which use one sales network under China Railway Customer Service Center, different bus stations use different sales networks and these networks are not connected, so it's not possible for your brother to collect bus tickets from his station and city at all.

I have another question, it is possible for my brother, who is living right now in a different city in China to collect the tickets for both trips booked through your agency in his bus station?

Hello I would like some information concerning the bus ride from Zangjiaje to Fenghuang on the 8th of November 2019 and from Fenghuang to Guilin on the 10th. Can I make a direct reservation with you and pay in Zangjiajie, or do I need to pay in advance? If I cannot pay in advance, I'm afraid that the buses will be full! So what to do? @Ginttam Yes, it is said that buses from Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang pass Wangcun Village or so called Furong Town, Guzhang and Jishou. However, we can't confirm this. So please double check with your driver to make sure when you are on the bus.
