According to the real-name policy, we may require you to submit passport information. We use your personal information for the purpose to book the bus ticket only. We respect your privacy and will not disclose such data to any party unrelated.

We try best to provide high quality content through the website, but we can't guarantee information including bus schedules, riding distance, riding time, ticket price, bus station guide and etc. are all 100% correct and up to dated, therefore, we don't take responsibility for any loss caused to users by browsing information on the website.

China has thousands of bus operators large and small. Different bus operators have different ticketing policies. Some buses accept online booking, online changing and online cancellation, some not. For bus tickets that can't be cancelled or changed online, clients will have to take the loss of their own unless they can go to the departure bus station to go through related procedures themselves.

China Bus Guide, as the ticket agency, don't own or operate any bus. All buses booked through us are from legal bus operators. We will provide booking record or necessary instructions for ticket collection. Clients should then manage to go to the designated place as we agreed through correspondence to collect tickets, go through ticket checking procedures, board and travel the bus by themselves.

Clients are advised to provide more than one way for contact to make sure we can find you as soon as possible in case the bus you booked has schedule change or service cancellation afterwards. On rare occasions, the bus operator may casually decide to halt the service due to bad weather, bus breakdown and other security reasons without sending short notice to China Bus Guide. Clients should then try to figure out solutions on the spot with the bus operator and request full refund of the bus ticket in case clients can't accept the alternative solution.

Due to our mistake, client fails to catch bus required, we will make full refund, however, we don't accept further loss claim.

The deal between us comes to the end once you have the paper ticket or e-ticket. Any dispute arises hereafter should be negotiated between the client and the bus operator.

In default, quotation by China Bus Guide comprises of ticket cost, service fee, money transfer fee and tax, not including bus travel insurance.

Bus travel insurance is not sold to all routes. Clients who want to purchase bus travel insurance please specify the matter. Once we have confirmed the possibility to purchase bus travel insurance, clients should then pay additional to cover the insurance fee. Insurance invoice is available to be claimed maximum 1 month after your travel.
